CREATE Trinidad and Trinidad Art Fest are partnering to create a larger festival with a literary event. Trinidad Art Fest aims to establish itself as the largest arts fair in southeastern Colorado. Located off Interstate 25 exactly between Denver and Santa Fe, Trinidad receives nearly 5 million tourists annually.
