Overview
Lioncourt Gallery presents Adventures in Color Photography Competition, a juried online competition open to all levels of photographers worldwide. The theme is open, but all content must be in color and family-friendly (no nudity, profanity, etc.). Works will be displayed in the gallery on the website only; no works are offered for sale through this call.

- Notifications: August 6–7, 2026

Eligibility
This competition is open to artists worldwide and all skill levels. Works previously submitted, selected, or won in past Lioncourt Gallery competitions are eligible if they meet all other criteria.
Submission Requirements
- Submit up to 4 color photos (minimum 1, maximum 4 images per entry)
- Images must be in JPG format, minimum 1200 pixels on longest side, up to 5MB file size
- Each work must have a title other than 'Untitled'
- No signatures, borders, digital frames, mats, logos, or watermarks on the image
- Original work only; no AI-generated work accepted in part or whole
- Minor editing (filters, cropping, saturation, dodging, burning, color corrections) permitted
Fees & Awards
- Entry fee: $25 for up to 4 photos
- Best of Show: $250 cash
- Select Honorable Mentions receive additional cash prizes and free entry coupons for future calls
- Cash prizes sent via PayPal within two weeks of close of entries
Selection & Notification
Accepted entries and winners selected by the Gallery's private slate of jurors. Both accepted and unaccepted work notices will be emailed to entrants. All jury decisions are final. Entrants agree that jury selection is a paid opinion of quality from the juror's perspective.
