Overview
Séance is a group exhibition exploring the eerie, the otherworldly, and the unseen. This immersive show seeks to conjure the presence of ghosts, spirits, and psychic residue through visual art. Memento Mori Gallery & Tattoo is a lowbrow contemporary art gallery located in the 40West Arts District in Lakewood, Colorado, 15 minutes from downtown Denver.
About the theme
Séance delves into communication beyond the veil—rituals, hauntings, folklore, spiritualism, and the mysteries that linger between life and death. We are looking for work that evokes tension, curiosity, and the uncanny.

Eligibility
National. Emerging and established artists of all disciplines welcome. Out-of-state artists are responsible for shipping costs to and from the gallery.
Media & submission
2D and 3D artwork. Submit up to 2 pieces. Artwork must be ready to hang or display physically (hanging wire preferred, no adhesive mounts). Plain canvas without hanging wire is not acceptable. Digital artwork will not be displayed unless printed and framed/mounted properly. Photographic work depicting another artist's artwork will not be accepted without express permission from that artist.
