Rose Squared Fine Craft Fall Rittenhouse Square is an outdoor fine craft show at the picturesque Rittenhouse Square in Center City Philadelphia, drawing wealthy patrons from the city, suburbs, New Jersey, and Delaware. The show features professional staff, 24-hour security provided by Philadelphia off-duty police, and extensive marketing and PR support. Tent rental services are available through The Tent Guys (contact Aldo via text 561-374-1783). Pop-up tents of any design are not permitted; professional artist tents must be used.

Open to fine craft artists only. This show does not accept applications from emerging artists. The jewelry category is currently closed for applications; if accepted in another category, jewelry applicants will be automatically waitlisted. Multiple applications are permitted if work falls into different media categories; artists may showcase only accepted work and must apply separately for the jewelry category.

This is a fine craft show only. The following are NOT accepted: apothecary, artisanal food, candles, drawing, painting, watercolor, or sculpture. Submit 4 images of your artwork plus 1 booth image. Maximum 3 works per artist. Jury evaluation is by projection; images are viewed simultaneously, with artists reviewed in order of application submission.

After the Early Decision deadline, invitation to showcase requires payment of the booth fee during the Early Decision period to guarantee your space. Artists invited after Early Decision who do not pay their booth fee by payment deadline will be automatically waitlisted without notification. Acceptance is only guaranteed if you apply, are invited, and pay during the Early Decision period.

Thursday timed load-in and set-up; Sunday tear-down. No rain dates. The show is rain or shine and will only be cancelled if the safety of artists and patrons is deemed at risk by local, state, or federal governmental agencies. All jury fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued unless the show is cancelled with ample time prior to its scheduled date. If cancelled after logistical and advertising arrangements have been made, refunds will not be issued due to rain, shine, or forces of nature.
