The Winnsboro Art & Wine Festival is an opportunity for serious artists to meet and mingle with art collectors and connoisseurs. During the Festival, the Bowery's streets are transformed into an open-air fine arts market featuring fine art along with the best of Texas wineries, regional foodies, and live local music. Admission is free to the public.
