- Friday, February 19: 5–6 PM VIP Reception; 6–8 PM open to public
- Saturday, February 20: 10 AM–5 PM
- Sunday, February 21: 10 AM–4 PM (Artist pick-up at 4 PM)

Submission requirements
Minimum 3 images required to apply. One medium per application, one piece per application. Multiple applications permitted.
Application fees
- VBAC members: $35
- Non-members: $50
- Application fees are non-refundable. No entry fee.
Sales and commission
The Vero Beach Art Club will collect and pay 7% sales tax on all sold pieces and will retain a 30% commission. Checks will be mailed to artists along with purchaser name and address no later than 30 days after the event.
