Submit 1–10 original abstract or nonrepresentational artworks in any non-video media for consideration for publication in a boutique quarterly magazine distributed to 10,000+ gallery owners, curators, and art industry decision-makers.
Overview
Abstractics is a new quarterly boutique-quality publication dedicated to abstract and nonrepresentational art, distributed to over 10,000 gallery owners, curators, interior designers, real estate stagers, and art decision-makers worldwide. The jury seeks high-quality abstract art that tells a story or inspires thought and conversation. Published artists receive a two-page gatefold presentation featuring their headshot, biography, artist statement, and up to 2 artworks, plus inclusion in the online 3D virtual gallery.
What to submit
Submit 1–10 original abstract or nonrepresentational artworks created in any non-video media: paintings, sculptures, photography, digital art, etc. Artwork should be from the last 5 years if possible. High-resolution print quality is preferred (maximum 2400x3000 at 300dpi). If AI was used in creation, include details about how it fits your creative process; 100% AI-created work may not be invited.
Application materials
For each submission, provide: your full name, city/country, email, phone, social media links, website URL (optional), artist biography, artist statement (optional), clear print-quality headshot photo. For each artwork: title, medium, year of creation, size (height × width × depth in inches or centimeters), description (optional), and price or NFS/SOLD status.

Eligibility
Open to any artist, professional or amateur, worldwide. All artwork must be your original work created without instructor supervision. You must own the rights to your artwork.

- If selected: US$75 inclusion fee for publication (covers production and distribution costs; no advertising in magazine)
- Awards: Two-page gatefold presentation; Artist of Merit designation receives four pages at front of magazine; cover art selection; no additional fees for awards; 3D online gallery inclusion included; no sales commission taken by publisher
Special recognitions
The jury will select four artworks to be cover art for the issue and designate one to four artists as Artist of Merit, receiving four pages positioned at the front of the magazine.
Distribution
Abstractics is distributed electronically in PDF form via email and online. Artists receive a PDF copy for their own use and distribution. High-quality print copies may be ordered on-demand indefinitely; artists may order at or below cost.
