About
AOY Members Show invites member artists to submit up to two original artworks of any media (2D or 3D) for exhibition and sale.
Overview
The AOY Members Show 2026 is an annual celebration of member artists and artisans. All current AOY Art Center members are eligible to enter, and new members are welcome to join and exhibit.

- Artists' Reception: Sunday, September 13, 3–5 pm
- Public Art Exhibition & Sale: September 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 12–5 pm
- Art on the Farm Day: September 20, 10 am–4 pm
- Additional hours: September 25–27, 12–5 pm
- Artwork drop-off: Friday, September 4, 4–6 pm OR Saturday, September 5, 12–2 pm
- Artwork pick-up: Sunday, September 27, 5–7 pm OR Monday, September 28, 10 am–12 pm
Submission details
- 2D Artists: Limited to TWO framed or gallery-finished pieces per member, not exceeding 36" on the longest side (including frame); maximum 10 pounds weight; must be wired with d-hooks and ready for hanging
- 3D Artists: Limited to TWO pieces per member for display in gallery showcases; must be stable, fit within showcases, include finished stand/display; artist provides packaging for sales if applicable
- Portfolio pieces (up to TWO, optional): Unframed, properly protected in clear acetate sleeve, limit 25" on longest side; giclees/prints allowed if clearly marked; may be taken by buyer at time of purchase and do not remain through exhibition
- Space limit: 140 total 2D entries (first come, first served); 3D space monitored as needed

What the fee includes
- TWO framed 2D works OR TWO 3D pieces
- Option to bring up to two additional portfolio pieces at drop-off
Eligibility & requirements
All current members are eligible. New members are welcome to join and exhibit. All participating member artists are expected and required to volunteer a minimum of 2.5 hours as gallery hosts during the exhibition (medical exemptions available). Members must also assist with promoting the show via social media and distribution of materials.
Artwork specifications
All work must be original, hand-delivered during designated drop-off times, and submitted for sale. Giclees and reproductions are not accepted except in portfolio submissions. Work previously shown at AOY is not eligible, though work shown during AOY solo shows or Art on the Farm may be entered. All 2D and 3D work in the exhibit must remain until the advertised end of the show (portfolio pieces may be removed if sold).
Sales & commissions
AOY takes 30% commission on all sales. Artist checks will be issued within two weeks of the exhibition's close. All entries are subject to use for promotional purposes and online publication in the AOY gallery (live September 11 at 12 pm).

AOY Art Center will do its utmost to protect work, but is not responsible for damage or loss.
