Overview
The Mountain Artists Guild presents a three-month juried exhibition celebrating member artists at the prestigious Phippen Museum. All mediums are welcome, including painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, photography, jewelry, and other fine art.

Eligibility & Requirements
Open to current Mountain Artists Guild members only. All artwork must be created solely by the artist and must not infringe copyright. Artwork in whole or in part must not be printed items (prints, giclees, tote bags, etc.). Nudes or family-inappropriate work will not be accepted.
What to Submit
Upload a body of work of 5 pieces. Jurors will evaluate artists based on overall body of work and artistic merit rather than individual pieces. Final artwork selections will be coordinated with accepted artists before intake; not all 5 pieces may be accepted.

- Artwork may be substituted if pieces sell during the Prescott Area Artists Studio Tour
Fees & Sales
- Entry Fee: $50 for up to 5 submissions (credit card only)
- Volunteer Requirement: Minimum 10 hours during exhibition or $50 buyout fee
- Commission Split: Artist 75%, Phippen Museum 15%, Mountain Artists Guild 10%
- All artwork must be available for sale
- Sales proceeds distributed approximately 2 weeks after exhibition closes
Awards
Artists compete for Best in Show, First Place, Second Place, and Third Place. Award-winning artists receive special recognition during the exhibition and at the catered Opening Reception.
Delivery & Installation
Artwork must be delivered in person on October 5, 2026 intake date. No shipping permitted. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with a link to schedule an appointment. Members unable to deliver in person should contact the Guild & Gallery Director to make arrangements.
