Fine artists and artisans are invited to submit applications with 3 photos of products and 1-2 photos of booth display for jury consideration to participate in this outdoor juried fine art festival.

The Prescott Summer Fine Art & Wine Festival is an outdoor juried exhibition on the historic Courthouse Plaza in Downtown Prescott, featuring fine art vendors and all-ages activities including artist demonstrations and interactive art activities. Up to 115 fine art vendors may be accepted. The Mountain Artists Guild, a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 1949, is celebrating its 77th anniversary in 2026 and has hosted festivals on the Courthouse Plaza since 1953.

Submit 3 photos of your product and 1-2 photos of your booth display. You may submit up to 2 entries. All vendors are juried for acceptance.

Booth space is 15' X 10' with 2' X 15' storage space along the back. The artist must be present at the booth during all festival hours. Only items that have been juried may be sold. Displays will be inspected periodically.

Original works of art and prints of your original work only. Each piece must be professionally displayed. Artists and artisans must display items that are handmade by them and reflect design, creativity, and artistic expression. Manufactured items may be accepted if altered from their original state by artistic input. NO RESALE allowed. Premade food products/Cottage Edibles require prior contact with Yavapai County Health Department (928) 771-3121 to determine permit needs.

  • Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax ID required
  • Proof of liability insurance required: $1,000,000 per incident, $2,000,000 aggregate coverage

  • $40 application fee (reviewed upon receipt with accepted terms and conditions)
  • RV parking available at Mile High Middle School by permit
  • Bottled water and volunteer booth-sitters provided
  • No setup until announced by event organizers and Yavapai County officials
  • Tent legs must be flush to curb, not on curb
  • No products on curb or walkways
  • No tent stakes or anything that would pierce the ground ($50 fine per stake)
  • Tent weights must be elevated off ground; use small wood blocks or PVC pipe (maximum 2" X 4", no longer than 12")
  • Boxes, coolers, tubs, wheeled suitcases must be elevated minimum 2" off grass
  • No mats, rugs, or ground cover on grass
  • Do not tie or lean anything on trees, park furniture, flags, or county fixtures
  • No driving on I-block walkways
  • All vendors must vacate plaza and Mile High Parking by 7pm Sunday
