Overview
Kirkland Arts Center announces its first annual juried exhibition, Best in Show, featuring artistic works inspired by animals. The 2026 theme is Dogs. This call is open to Washington-based 2D and 3D artists of all ages working in any medium or style. Both real and imaginary interpretations of the subject are welcome, in abstract or representational forms.

Eligibility
Artist living in Washington State. Open to 2D and 3D artists of all ages working in any medium or style.
Media & Size
Submit 1–3 images of your work. Artwork may not exceed 48 inches in height or width.
Awards
$500 prize awarded to one selected winner in both 2D and 3D media categories.
Submission & Delivery
All applicants must apply through callforentry.org. Selected artists are responsible for shipping artwork to Kirkland Arts Center. All artwork must be ready to hang or display. Artists must include prepaid return shipping labels or sufficient return postage.
Commission
Kirkland Arts Center retains a 40% commission on all sold artwork.
