Overview
Celebrate the energy, warmth, and spirit of summer! The Fulton Street Collective invites artists of all mediums to submit work inspired by the season. Whether your interpretation explores sun-soaked landscapes, vibrant colors, travel, nature, nostalgia, leisure, or the emotions and memories that summer evokes, submit a wide range of creative perspectives. Show what summer means to you.

Eligibility & how to enter
Open to artists of all mediums. Up to 3 artworks per artist. You will pay by credit or debit card using the secure checkout system. After submission and payment, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images until the entry deadline. Entry fees are non-refundable and must be submitted and paid by the deadline. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Artwork requirements
Drawings on paper must be framed. Paintings need not be framed, but must be wired. No sawtooth hangers. No size restrictions. Artists must provide the title, dimensions, media and price (if for sale). FSC will provide labels to accompany each artwork.
Submission specifications
Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files only (PNG and TIFF are not accepted). Ensure only the artwork itself is visible in the image with no visible matting, frames, or background distractions. Make sure your image is oriented correctly (right side up). You do not need to resize your image files before uploading. Smaller images cannot be enlarged to meet requirements, so ensure your images are high resolution before uploading. Maximum file size: 30mb.
Artwork drop-off & pick-up
- Drop off: Saturday, August 1, 9–11am or Sunday, August 2, 9–11am
- Pick up: Saturday, September 26, 9–11am or Sunday, September 27, 9–11am
- Artwork not picked up within ten days of the final pickup date becomes the property of FSC
Sales & liability
Work may be for sale; NFS (not for sale) is allowed. FSC will not be taking a commission on any art sales. The artist is responsible for establishing the price of each piece. Artists are encouraged to broker their own transactions. Artwork will remain up during all events and concerts at FSC until pickup day or until sold. Every care in handling artwork will be taken by installers, but they assume no liability if artwork is damaged in transport or installation due to improper packaging. It is highly preferred that you be present during opening night.
