About
Design six durable, low-maintenance public art benches for College Street beautification, presenting examples and experience with similar public art projects.
Overview
The City of Lewisville, Texas seeks one artist or artist team to design six public art benches for the College Street beautification project, extending from Mill Street to Railroad Street. This follows the successful integration of artist-designed benches on Main Street in 2019. The project aims to support safe, attractive community infrastructure while exposing residents and visitors to diverse art styles and increasing tourism and walkability.
