The 37th annual Downtown Stuart Art Festival, located on Osceola Street in downtown Stuart, has become one of the premier art fairs in Martin County. The charming downtown area features more than 70 gift shops, restaurants, and clothing boutiques. Festival proceeds support the Stuart Main Street program.
