Overview
The International Society of Furniture Designers invites submissions from furniture and textile designers, manufacturers, and artisan designer/makers for the 2026 Pinnacle Awards. Entries are accepted in two main categories: Professional Designer (for mass-produced designs) and Designer/Maker (for custom or small-batch pieces). Special consideration awards include the Green Leaf Award and Biophilic Design in Wood Award.

- Judging begins: August 7, 2026

Eligibility
Submissions are open internationally to furniture and textile designers, manufacturers, and artisan designer/makers. All products must be in current production and must have been shown and sold at major home furnishings or fabric markets worldwide on or after September 1, 2025 and on or before September 30, 2026, or been available to U.S. consumers via Internet Retailers, Catalog Retailers, or Brick & Mortar Retail Stores during that period, or be scheduled to be available to U.S. consumers by March 31, 2027.
Entry Requirements
Each registered user may enter up to 10 products. Products must fall into one of the listed Professional Designer or Designer/Maker subcategories. Video media may be included along with still images to tell the story of your design(s).
Entry Fees
- ISFD Members: $100 per entry
- Non-members: $150 per entry
- Student competition also available
Categories & Awards
Professional Designer category celebrates designs produced in large numbers for sale to consumers. Designer/Maker category honors custom or small-batch pieces. Special Consideration Awards recognize eco-friendly designs (Green Leaf Award) and wood products incorporating biophilic design principles (Biophilic Design in Wood Award). Recipients receive trophies at the Pinnacle Awards Gala.

Submit entries through the official online entry site. Specify designer(s) by name in your user profile. Products not fitting listed subcategories may be re-categorized by judges.
