The Fall Arts Invitational at Cheesman Park is a premier art event located in one of Denver's most prestigious neighborhoods, adjacent to the Cherry Creek district. This fall market offers artists the opportunity to reach affluent, art-loving buyers in the Cheesman Park area, known for its upscale residents and median home prices of $1.2 million.

Eligibility

Open to artists and non-artist vendors. Emerging artists may apply. The artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work. A Picture ID is required at check-in. No representatives permitted.

Media & work requirements

• Painting, Sculpture, Metal, Glass, Printmaking/Drawing, Ceramics, Mixed Media, Jewelry, Wood, Fiber, Photography
• Submission limit: 3 works
• Submit 4 images (min/max 4) with total max of 5
• Only white tents allowed
• Artists must design and craft all work themselves

• Average applications per year: 150
• Average artists selected: 100

Booth fees

• Single 10x10: $525
• Single 10x10 w/corner: $595
• Dbl 10x20: $975
• Dbl 10x20 w/corner: $1,150
• Dbl 10x20 w/2 corners: $1,250
• Electricity not widely available; inquire if needed

Refund policy

No refunds for cancellations after acceptance. Cancellations more than 60 days before the event receive a non-transferable show credit (valid 2 years) equal to booth fees paid. Cancellations within 60 days result in forfeiture of all fees. Application fees are strictly non-refundable. ColoradoArtShows.com may cancel the show and issue refunds only if cancelled with sufficient advance notice; otherwise no refunds are issued. Emergency exceptions may be reviewed at ColoradoArtShows.com's discretion.

Requirements

All vendors must obtain a Special Event Sales Tax License with the State of Colorado for sales tax remittance. No buy/sell arrangements permitted. Picture ID required at check-in.
