Eligibility
Open to artists and non-artist vendors. Emerging artists may apply. The artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work. A Picture ID is required at check-in. No representatives permitted.

Refund policy
No refunds for cancellations after acceptance. Cancellations more than 60 days before the event receive a non-transferable show credit (valid 2 years) equal to booth fees paid. Cancellations within 60 days result in forfeiture of all fees. Application fees are strictly non-refundable. ColoradoArtShows.com may cancel the show and issue refunds only if cancelled with sufficient advance notice; otherwise no refunds are issued. Emergency exceptions may be reviewed at ColoradoArtShows.com's discretion.
Requirements
All vendors must obtain a Special Event Sales Tax License with the State of Colorado for sales tax remittance. No buy/sell arrangements permitted. Picture ID required at check-in.
